Should I let my son play football? That was my question 2 years ago for my then 11 yo. We finally did and he's good at it, and is playing for the Jr. High team this fall. Do I worry that he will get hurt? You know when they make you sign those concussion forms... A little, but I also know that he's a tough kid, physically active, and a very strong 13 yo. He could still get hurt, but I think I'd rather let him live his life without being afraid of getting hurt all the time.
